The Republican Values Show (Get Your Barf Bags Ready!)
Edited on Fri Sep-05-03 01:00 PM by markus
Looking for information on boycotts of Fox news (my employer, who will remain nameless until I get home tonite and am on my own PC) is about to start a major national ad campaign on cable. They're *only* news channel boy is: Fox.

Ewwww.

So, I'm looking around for helpful information on any organized boycotts and found this while googling "boycott fox news":

http://www.republicantv.org/homepage-hannity.html

Volunteers are needed to be in the "Republican Values" TV show featuring President Bush and the wit & wisdom of Sean Hannity. The 30-minute national TV program is to be broadcast on Fox and CNBC and highlights the core values of the Republican Party by showcasing the major accomplishments of President Bush's first term in office.

On Edit: I think we need to start pursuing an illegal contribution (Federal Election Commission) violation campaign strategy against the right wing media.

AM Talk Radio and Fox Network should be targeted.

1. "showcasing the major accomplishments
of President Bush's first term in office..."

Wow, that ought to be a quick broadcast...

2. Typo
It would be a 30 second, not a 30 minute show to showcase "the major accomplishments of President Bush's first term in office" (what, they're expecting a second term? Dream on!).

The "wit & wisdom of Sean Hannity" would take up an easy four or five nanoseconds, 14.99 seconds for the introduction, and 15 seconds to say "thanks for watching." That would about cover it, I think.

RepublicanTV.org is an independent nonprofit educational organization and is in no way affiliated with the Republican Party...
they wanna be a non-profit OMFG.

I agree we should start agressively pursuing illegal contribution violatin strategy against right wing media.
