Texas cop disciplined for comment to gay couple
A Texas cop has been reprimanded and put on 'working probation' for hassling two gay men he saw kissing at the state Capitol. He told them that homosexual conduct was illegal in Texas. Trooper Michael Carlson was placed on job probation for six months and given a written reprimand. And having been a DPS trooper for three years he was also ordered to have more training on, y'know, Texas laws.
