Inauguration Day... Burning of the Man...

Did any of you get a chance to see the "Pants on Fire" float that toured America this year? Wouldn't it be fun to make one and tow it all over town on Inauguration Day? Are there any artists here who could come up with a fairly simple plan to construct one?
