Is this what I heard on the radio (re: economy summit)
Our old buddy Dick was speaking to the group. He pointed to the projections (made by the White House) and how we did not meet those projections as a "success".

So... using Dick's logic: If I were to proclaim that I couldn't pay any of my bills come January, but end up paying two or three, I would have a successful month?

Idiots.
