It's just one more indication of the despicable place in which we now find ourselves. Limbaugh, O'Reilly, Hannity, Coulter, Bush/Cheney/Rove, Tom DeLay, Scalia, and so many others who would have been outcasts in any civilized society a mere generation or two ago.
