Has anyone seen the billboards with ready.gov on them?
On our drive to the "big city" today, I noticed a big white billboard with a small message in the center.

We can be afraid or
We can be ready
Ready.gov

I checked out the website and it's homeland security with everything people need to know to prepare for another terrorist attack.

This billboard is out in the country between small towns with populations of 500-1,000. Either they're trying to tell us something or this is their new way to scare people.

1. What I want to know is...
when will I see "Blackwell for Governor" billboards when I swing through your fair state?

5. I agree.
As harsh as it sounds, sometimes you gotta call it like you see it.

6. Truth may be a lot of things, but I could never call it harsh
Actually .... I could.

I can also call it ugly. I can call it disappointing. I can even call it cruel.

The harsh, ugly, disappointing, cruel, sad truth is, he's an Uncle Tom.

2. I'm torn.
I want to see that site. I really do! Poke fun and ridicule. But I just know that every hit that website gets will validate their smug little scare tactic all the more.
