Will Bush mention that as he attacks the system that allows citizens to sue and protect themselves from corporate negligence?

1. You mean like suits to get Stern off the air?
Or to sue to get creationism into public schools?

Your question is rhetorical, but still should be asked.

3. This entry helps make sense
Of what the Bush administration badly wants to obfuscate.

4. Don't forget corporations...
Recently, I heard that something like 75% of participants in civil lawsuits are corporations....

If all the suits were people trying to hit the lottery by suing a corporation, the %age would be 50%. At 75%, doesnt that mean there are just as many corporations suing one another as there are people suing corporations?

Is the legal system another corporate subsidy? (at some level?)

5. Right on...
I hear it all the time by the righties in my company. They bitch and complain about every little thing they don't like. "My food wasn't good enough", "I'm not paying the bill because they only had one bartender at my Christmas party". These people think they deserve only the best, and will bitch and fight it if they don't get what they want.

I guarantee there are more righties are starting these "frivolous" law suits than dems.

The hypocrisy is amazing with these people.

6. in my experience, they are the most litigious group in Murka
they play the victim card incessantly for no apparent reason and resort to the most extreme possible "remedies" for their perceived suffering

7. It is not only negligence, but involutary servitude, loss of benefits incl
worker's comp and a whole host of other things that I always thought that the wage and hour board took care of.
