1. Does Reagan really have a legacy? |
|
I mean some claim he was responsible for the fall of the Berlin wall but people that have studied history even a bit know it was the Polish that were responsible for that.

A string of shitty movies nobody cares about and a closet full of brown suits in a big-ass mansion paid for by Holmes Tuttle and Walter Annenberg.

7. Gorbachev finessed perostroiyka(sp) in spite of Reagan. |
|
He's the one who had to convince the hardliners to let the Soviet Union break-up peacefully. Ron "the bombing starts in 5 minutes" Reagan probably helped to delay the process that was imploding from its own rot. History will not be remembering Reagan for any accomplishments I can think of, unless it's "arms for hostages" and "Iran Contra".

4. The wingnuts are still bitter that they don't have a wingnut equal for him |
|
They try to pretend that Reagan was the conservative equivalent of FDR, but any 20th century historian would piss their pants laughing at the absurdity of such a notion.

8. I do, along with 'patootie'. |
|
I'm a liberal from the NE. Never had an outhouse, and I assure you I've never done any frog giggin', whatever the hell that is. But since we're stereotyping I'll guess it's one of those disgusting BOY hobbies.

11. Oh whadda pain in the patoot |

That is disgusting. And worse, I'm now forced to admit that some stereotyping has basis in fact.
But mostly it's best to avoid it. lol

10. I stopped reading the article |

at the point where it said the New Deal prolonged the Depression.
Of course, I think Townhall is a pathetic attempt at RW news. I get the impression that their articles are written by someone with the intellectual capacity of a 5 year old.
