Put Bill Bennett in charge of investing the Social Security money
Edited on Fri Dec-17-04 12:40 PM by billbuckhead
I thought Joe Conason was just trying to out funny Francken, but he was justing telling the truth that Bill Bennett's Empower America was a big mover behind all this social security privatization.

1. Yeah, he knows a lot about gambling (and losing)
so he's the perfect guy to spearhead the effort to roll the dice on Wall St. with our Social Security funds.

3. Bill Bennett would invest the entire fund playing...
... the baccarat tables in the casinos of Las Vegas and Atlantic City.

4. * is gambling our kids' futures
Ask the bozo in chief of the Senate - Frist - who can't pay a half million dollar campaign debt because he invested the funds in the stock market, and the money either disappeared or didn't appreciate at all.

Just like my IRAs over the past four years - worth less now than in 2000.

5. I've got a relative who could probably used it to feed the horses.....he
sees it as winning. He lives to hedge his bet on the next manure spreader to go down the track. (mind you I have nothing against horses)
