hunting is barbaric and not necessary especially given the number of animals we humans have driven to extinction with our blood lust. This is terrible! I think that hunting and shooting wolves is similar to hunting and shooting dogs. I have 6 Alaskan Malamutes and we live with the wolves here in the Chippewa National Forest.

This made me cry. What is human nature becoming? Of course, this is a "Rich Man's" sport. Dam them to hell anyways!

I did not watch the link, that type of stuff pisses me off.

I work with a "Christian Sportsman for Bush" and he has said that he likes "free kittens" because he uses them to train his hunting dogs to kill, or he will use them as live bait for fox.

What do 900 Wolves eat in a winter?

Killing 900 wolves for Ha-Ha's is a waste. But if their is scientific reason for thjinning the population? It's cheaper to let the sportsmen do the job, than to hire someone to do it.

Of course they do not "need to be killed". The hunters want them killed to enable them (the hunters) to kill more moose and caribou.
I provided a link for some REAL information...

But if for some phantasmagoric reason they did "need to be killed"--does nothing about low-flying helicopters shooting these animals from the air as they run in fear seem like a moral way to do it?

Have we sunk so low that we are simply OK with this type of horror?

Are they being killed for Yuks as you suggest? Might the Porcuppine Caribou Herd be exterminated if the wolves are not eliminated? Are the wolves attacking people? in their own neighborhoods?

As for the use of air? Depends on the size of the area that they are trying to take from. Sure Connecticut uses a single hunter on foot to thin a deer herd. But the herd only has a few acres of range.
