And yet, this seems to be what the Pubs are teaching us and their children... its ok to cheat lie and steal if you can win in the end.

Mr Blackwell of OHIO, has gone and won the Harris Award......

Setting new standards in plotting slanted elections, Blackwell arrogantly refuses to comply with the courts decision in the recount process. Despite what I am sure is an army of Pub lawyers, this man will fuck it up for the Pubs yet. Sooner or Later Mrs Murphy comes to TOWN

Come, we make drink, food and leis for her.

1. additionally, I was taught competition is good
therefore "awards" or winning is a measure of one's worth--Course that was back in the middle ages--I think somewhere in between, someone challenged that whole concept of worth=winning and enlightened us as to the concept of worth being not limited to that.

2. These Pubs and their wonderful Lying Machine has gone and wrecked
America for what will be many generations and perhaps put us in a position of never recovering for Ages, like in the Dark and Middle AGES..... hundreds of Years. They so selfish they don even blink with care...even if it means their descendents will suffer along with the rest of the masses.

that the ten commandments - which they want posted everywhere- don't say

1-thou shalt not steal even IF YOUR KIDS ARE HUNGRY. Stealing of votes though is acceptable if you want godly, principled men in office.

2-thou shalt not lie your way out of a sex scandle BUT it is perfectly acceptable to lie in order to bomb a country and kill its citizens so that you can gain a foothold in that area of the world.

3-thou shalt not commit adultry if you are a democrat - you shall burn for your illicit sexual escapades - but if you are a Republican it is perfectly understandable and shall be overlooked.

4-thall shalt not kill. Life begins at conception and therefore all women who have engaged in sex and get pregnant must be forced to bear the fruit of their evil deed. Unless the woman in question is of the means to go elsewhere to have an abortion then its perfectly acceptable.

I can't go on.....the hypocricy of it all makes me ill!!!!

5. Yup. That's how they crammed this miserable occupation
down our throats too. They get up in our faces and tell us it doesn't matter how many lies they told, how many Americans die, how many innocents we kill, how much stuff we blow up...we got rid of SH, so that makes it all OK. And then they dare anyone to disagree with that, so that they can call the dissenter anti-American.

WHY do people fall for this?

6. That depends on the ends and on the means.
It is NOT an absolute one way or the other.

Suddenly, violently pulling on an old lady is bad.

But what if it is to only way to get her out of the path of an oncoming bus?

So it depends upon what the end is, what means are available, and how likely of success the various means are.

Everyday in life we are faced with variations of this problem, from the trivial to the important. How often do we tell "white" lies?

7. This is true...but with the BushCo, the pattern they have revealed is
on the Neg side of things. What Pos effects have the BuchCo decisions resulted in? Nada. Its all spin to win.

8. I wasn't talking about Bush. I was talking about...
the basic philosophical question of ends & means.

Many of us are taught that the ends don't justify the means. I was pointing out that this is not true. We have to use judgment to balance both.
