Word is that the DoD is looking at the 100,000 service members serving prison sentences for various offences under UCMJ to see who can be rehab'ed to duty to Iraq.

Couldn't they just send all the "three strikes" lifers there also? And what do those guys on death row have to lose? Shoot, there are juvenile halls that haven't been tapped yet either.
