I saw spinbaby's thread and it reminded me to ask a similar question. What does NO BEER FOR OIL mean? I think it has something to do with Saddam's oil for food program, am I right?
Can someone please explain to me what the NO BEER FOR OIL means exactly or what it refers to, etc. Thank you in advance..
