I guess that Bush orchestrated coup attempt wasn't a good move after all |

Venezuela’s president Hugo Chavez has offered China a full access to the country's oil reserves. His offer was made in the network of a trade deak between the two countries. http://www.neftegaz.ru/english/lenta/show.php?id=53108

8. We've made all the wrong enemies |
|
and given them reason to come together.
But on the bright side, (from the GOP/Carlysle) point of view, this is great for the defense industry. In the 1990's when there was so much whining about how military units would have to respond as "not ready for duty, sir", between the lines could be read "Hey! The defense industry needs some money thrown it's way."
Since most everyone is starting to hate us, buy stock in defense industry companies.

11. Armeggedon takes place in the middle east and |
|
the Messiah returns to prevent man's total destruction. It appears Revelation has the US taken out prior to that battle. The way that I read Revelation, God has a lot to say in judgment against our greed.
China signing an agreement with Iran is interesting. Revelation doesn't give the reason why the million, million man army from the land of the rising sun marches to the middle east. Sounds like the reason we do: oil.
Interesting.

12. Did you read Greg Palast's reports on Venezuela? |
|
Very eye-opening. Unfortunately, most Americans don't really care about what's going on in the rest of the world and they'll never really know what their government tried to do to Chavez. Here are a few: http://gregpalast.com/detail.cfm?artid=169&row=2http://gregpalast.com/detail.cfm?artid=361&row=1http://gregpalast.com/detail.cfm?artid=295&row=1There are several other reports on his home-page.

|
Now gee... Just who do you think they'll be "exercising" against? Putin's no fool. He only needs one PNAC letter (Sept 2004) issued to him to realize his "soul" better start preparing.
Oh the tangled little web...

16. Personally, I regard any foreign coalition uniting against the |

chimp's tyranny as a good thing. Since our electoral and legal right are being usurped by the day, we, at best, have become resistance fighters versus a corrupt and malevolent government. Any outside help must be welcomed.

They aren't riding bikes and wearing those cute little Mao hats and outfits anymore. They're driving cars, heating their houses, and going ballistic with technology. They are buying oil, hand over fist, from Iran, which is why I don't see us heading into Iran to fight with the Chinese any time soon. I'm betting that we'll foment trouble in Saudi, then go in "for the good of the people of the country and the consumers of oil throughout the world" simply to "secure" those resources.
There's no better oil than Saudi Arabian light, sweet crude. And unlike Iraq, the infrastructure there is totally top-notch.
Feel a draft?????

20. Agree with most of what you say |
|
However Arabian crude ain't so sweet anymore. Recent independant analysis shows the bulk of light sweet already taken off and what remains of known reserves to be high sulphur content and they're needing to pump a shitload of saltwater in to get even that.

21. Hell, they can pull a Kuwait, then |
|
...and do a little bit of "directional drilling."
They've got plenty of borders, neighbors with petroleum assets, and if they've got the US Army at the border, who's gonna dare bitch? Also, they've got refining capacity up the ass, and their cities are easily contained. SA is a nation just waiting to be taken over....for the good of the WORLD of course (said with huge degree of snarkiness and sarcasm!!!!).
