The Bin Laden Tapes

I am beginning to think that the American government/Bush Administration is using Bin Laden and the tapes that supposedly have come out recently as an excuse for the problems in Iraq. First, just recently Bin Laden came out and said Zarqwai is in al Queda. This allows the Bush Administration to claim that their are members of al Queda in Iraq. In the latest tape Bin Laden encourages people to boycott the election. This allows the Bush Aministration to claim that people boycotted the election out of fear of Bin Laden and not because they think the election is corrupt. The timing of the tapes seem somewhat suspect. It is a little surprising that these tapes are coming out now and that so many of them are coming out at this time.

4. I just love the fact that Bin Laden can make all these tapes and basically

rub his A$$ in our faces while all those people who lost family and friends on 9/11 must be reminded how this jerk was allowed to escape from "Justice"

If the Clinton Administration did anything like this the media would be calling for his impeachment EVERYTIME a tape came out. THE Congress! EVERYONE!

(I went to college-didn't really know her to call her a friend but we would say hi-with a girl who lost her whole family to 9/11. parents worked in one tower, sister worked in the other and her brother worked in the Pentagon.)

OBL has been dead for 3 years now. He died on 23 December, 2001 of lung failure related to his kidney disease.

On October 8, 2001 in his last interview OBL vehemently denied involvment in 911, but did indeed say he knew about it. That was the famous interview scrubbed up and released by the pentagon in December, 2001. I heard about the interview in late October, oddly.

I firmly believe bush's PNAC hired the 19 hijackers to carry out 911.

OBL wouldn't have given a crap about iraqi elections. This is bush wagging the osama...

for Al Jazeera. They must have plants in Al Jazeera now or something. Funny how it was not a reliable sources when Bush's lies were questioned but now it's THE be all/end all source for OBL validation. Funny too, how OBL allegedly backs up everything BushCo has been propogandizing for months. OBL's now backing Zarqawi, he doesn't want to see elections in Iraq--perfect excuses for BushCo. If you watch the 1st beheading video of Nick Berg, it's really obvious.
Nick Berg was arrested by the US military. He was released on Apr. 6th. He went missing from his hotel on Apr. 9th or 10th. A month later, I think May 5th, the 1st Abu Ghraib photos came out. Next thing you know the 1st Al-Zarqawi video was conveniently released. On the tape the supposed Al Zarqawi mentions the Abu Ghraib photos. Timeline is impossible.

In the video you can tell Nick Berg is already dead when they behead him. They edit the tape. Plus, there's a whole list of mistakes on the tape. The supposed Al Zarqawi is wearing a gold rind. This is strictly prohibited in the Islam religion. Plus you can tell both his legs are real. Nick Berg is still wearing prison wear. Are we supposed to believe Zarqawi just happens to have US orange prison suits laying around? Here's a doosie..."Abu Musab Zarqawi blamed for more than 700 killings in Iraq" (NBC News, 03/03/04).

It's all part of their "War on terror" scam. They're making trillions.

If Zarqawi is in Iraq, how difficult can it be to find him? He is, after all, an amputee. Even an amputee with a prosthetic leg tends to stand out in a crowd. With any support from the natives, a CPA investigator who said "I'm looking for a one-legged Jordanian" would have a fair chance of generating some leads.

And that's the crux of the matter, isn't it? It is not so difficult to believe that there are jihadis in Iraq. But the suggestion set out in the alleged Zarqawi letter and embroidered by "US officials" strikes me as preposterous. This is the suggestion that insurrection is a matter of foreign agitation, not of conditions endemic to Iraq. A one-legged foreigner cannot foment rebellion and elude US capture without substantial Iraqi support. An operation as sophisticated as the Ashura attacks cannot be carried out without active involvement from a cadre of Iraqis, and complicity by other Iraqis in fairly large numbers. Such activity should leave a trail in Iraqi society a mile wide . . . unless, of course, a substantial number of Iraqis are working to cover it. The whole affair has a peculiar odor. To quote Robert Fisk again: "Civil war. Somehow I don't believe it . . . an occupation authority which should regard civil war as the last prospect it ever wants to contemplate keeps shouting 'civil war' in our ears and I worry about that."
