Midterm and 08 elections, guns, and middle east lead postings on DU Groups
Edited on Wed Dec-29-04 02:18 PM by HereSince1628
Below are the ranking of postings in the DU Issues&Politics Forum. Which of course ignores the number of messages on related topics in LBN, Editorials, the Generals, and the Lounge.

Not all these groups were started at the same time so the numbers don't necessarily allow for precise comparisons (determining comparable rates of posting is another project). The reality that there are some prolific posters in certain topics is also not taken into account.

But as DU assumes some importance in the traffic of ideas among the democratic public, what does the bandwidth of a topic mean for the leadership folks who sneak a look every now and then to see our concerns?

1. Gun Rights and Gun Control.
It's good to see that the pro-safety agenda is near the top! We really need to do something to counter the violent repukes.

3. Wonder how much of that
consisted of the trigger-happy posting the same dishonest right wing horseshit over and over again....

"We really need to do something to counter the violent repukes."
