Look at this number at http://costofwar.com , it's scrolling so fast I can't keep up with it, plenty of money to drop bombs on innocent civilians...

1. Yep, and that figure gets counted in the "foreign aid" column
as it is considered "military aid".

3. that's depressing.
I just found this site, it's really neat, it compares this money to what we could have spent on AIDS, immunizations, world hunger, etc.

(we could have funded a wld AIDS program for 14 YEARS with this).

2. No problem spending money destroying Iraq
but forget about spending money to help others in desperate conditions. The relief amount is less than what was spent "investigating" Clinton for consensual sex. What wonderful moral values .

4. I hadn't even thought about that.
"Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired, signifies in the final sense a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and not clothed." President Dwight D. Eisenhower.

5. The damn foreigners just don't understand Bomb Love as part
of our charitable contribution. When we bomb somebody, it's because we Love them and want to free them. Once the concept of Bomb Love is understood, then one can see that BushAmericans are the most loving, caring people in the world.
