Craziest? Stupidest? Most evil? Most dishonest? Meanest? Most perverted? It's too hard to chose just one "worst conservative," because they are all really awful in many different ways.

I really do, but your question is somehow wrong, so I don't know the right answer: what all of these "worst" conservatives have in common is that they are not even conservative. They are rebels, to be more precisely: they are counter-rebels.
They are the guerilla fighting a war against everything that's worth fighting for.
The "conservatives" have changed into a militant guerilla-force, while we just stand there and watch. The Democrats or to be more european: the Socialdemocrats and Greens have become the Conservatives, we should hate.
The former Conservatives have become terrorists, warriors and rebels.
They might be ugly and stupid, but we are the ones, just sitting there, asking for a little bit of justice, an even smaller bit of social justice and what is remaining of our rights as citizens in a democratic society to stay. We are boring, we are the Conservatives, everybody should hate.
The Democrats: Kill the Iraqis, but don't kill as much of them, as the rebelious Republicans do!
Smash welfare: but don't kill as much welfare as the Republicans do.
Smash human rights, smash civil rights, but don't .....
