According to 2003 statistics, there were 217,800,000 "over 18" in the US
and if *² got 60,608,582 (according to the latest tally on CNN), that's only 28% of the "eligible-to-vote" public.

Apparently 99,902,444 chose to not vote at all.. Some mandate, eh?
