I guess they are keeping it quiet since they told so many of us that we could not have a vaccine. The non-receiving of vaccine is causing this to spread far more than it would have naturally.

The FLU sure is spreading FAST this year...bushites want people to FORGET that bush* failed to deliver on FLU vaccines for the American people....

if this rate continues, expect a LOT of Americans to be KILLED by the FLU....could be at least an epidemic as 66 Million Americans return from their holidays, which will certain spread the FLU wildly....sit on airplane or train or bus, delay by a snowstorm and sleep on the airport floor in Cleveland....

I hope nobody lets bush* off the hook for this, as the KILLING increases....bet bush* tries to blame someone else (lower level government officials, lab bench chemists, contractors to the Federal Government, anybody but bush*).....

Isn't the annual average death rate 36,000? If so, we should see higher this year.

New Yorkers are still not getting clear information. They are saying plenty of vaccine is available, but they are not saying the age has been lowered from 65 to 50.

It will be interesting to see how many die this year, but is it possible we will not be able to tell from the CDC figures?

2. Ads begging people to get the flu shot

In California, the state is running radio ads practically begging everyone over 50 or with conditions to please, please, please get a flu shot, since there's plenty "with more coming."

I still want to know who got rich off this royal scam.

4. no ads here in Virginia at all...NOTHING...no notice from bush* cabal....

one of my colleagues (42 years old manager) was checked into the hospital yesterday with flu/pneumonia....I don't even want to go over to visit....it hits HARD and suddenly....

is it just RADIO???? hell, bush* got on TV several times AND had several CABINET members and high level gov't officials too...ALL screamed DON"T GET THE FLU SHOT...sacrifice for the seniors....DON't GET THE FLU SHOT....


bush* should be out there with a similar campaign right now to encourage people to GET THE FLU SHOT...it's criminal that he's ON VACATION still...

to the tsunami area but still. . . it's just record keeping for the MMWR.

I guess I'm not going anywhere anytime soon. :cry: I've had pneumonia vaccine but not a flu shot this year and I just don't know how badly flu would affect me, even with the pneumonia shot.

This makes me angry!

8. Pediatric Hospitalizations: total data distortion to mislead Americans....

check this data-distortion....only list child hospitalizations under December 11, 2004....wouldn't want to TELL THE TRUTH....how many kids were hospitalized to TODAY !!!!

Worse, they only list THREE cities for data...so you might actually think that kids are just fine....these bushites are criminals....

remember LAST year, when about 15 kids got the flu in Colorado and DIED, and there was a whole lot of questions directed to bushites....well...this year, bushites want you to DIE QUIETLY....

The sites conduct population-based surveillance for laboratory-confirmed influenza among children 0–4 years of age who are admitted to the hospital with fever or acute respiratory illnesses. During October 3–December 11, 2004, there were no laboratory-confirmed influenza-associated hospitalizations for children 0–4 years old.
