Proof beyond a shadow of a doubt that PARADE is right-wing |
|
In today's paper:
Q: Critics of the CIA's new head, Porter Goss, say he unfairly blames the spy agency for failures in Iraq that were caused, in fact, by political pressure from the Bush White House. Do you agree with the critics?
A: No. The CIA's wrong data on Saddam's weapons of mass destruction and the post-war Iraqi resistance were failures of intelligence-gathering and analysis tha can't be explained by political pressure. The spy agency has long been in need of a thorough shake-up, and Porter Goss deserves a chance to do it.

1. So in effect it was the workers bees fault not the leadership of this |
|
country that got us into a war. The workers at the CIA just march in the oval office and declared war.

8. The CIA's budget was threatened in the 90s when Newt was |
|
in charge. I don't know how much they cut, but I know that the failure of the Dem congress to cut faster and furiously in the early-mid 90s was one of the reasons why the Gingrich revolution took over. What kind of resistance were they going to give Cheney with that kind of history?

6. I wondering now if Tenant utter the words "slam dunk" in reference too WMD |
|
With no physical assets on the ground in Iraq at the time and no evidence whatsoever from weapons inspectors. Does it make any sense that even if he did utter the words some one like the President or anyone ele in his cabinet with a college degree wouldn't have said "how the fuck do you know it's a slam dunk."

7. One of the first things in my Sunday Paper to go into the recycle bin |
|
Before I read my Sunday paper, I get rid of all the ads and other garbage that I have no interest in. Parade is always in that pile. I wouldn't think of opening or reading it.
