It's a war

It's not a war the way Bush does it, no shock and awe. It's a war the way the left and the way decent, self respecting, honest, compasionate people the world over do it. That is how I see the current struggle against the Bush administration, against their supporters and against the tiny minority of people who think like them the world over. Whether these people admit it or not their basic philosophy is that they want more for themselves right now - no matter how much pain and suffering they cause others the world over, even if it means that they are taking basic necessities away from their own children and grandchildren they still want more for themselves right now. I believe that that is the true definition of evil and that we must look at it as a war. There can be no compromise with these people, no middle ground, no '3rd way'. Certainly we must not aim to physically hurt them, or to deprive them of the basic necessities of life (even if they would do this to us) but for the good of the world and all it's people - present and future, they must be defeated.
