I have a question,
Well OK you see I was thinking about all the Tsunami devastation, and I was wondering, if there are any organizations that I could contact about maybe volunteering and going over there to help somehow?

Do any of you know of websites or places I could contact for information about such a thing?

Thanks in advance. :)

1. I think that if you
contact any of the organizations taking donations they can help.

3. Yep. But:
I did hear on NPR that a lot of the relief organizations were flooded with people wanting to head over and help; the trouble is each has its own requirements for useful skill sets. Usually there's a great deal of training involved in relief work.

Docs, obviously, are welcome anywhere. :)

4. in these kinds of situations...
they'd be looking for immediately helpful skill sets- language proficiency, medical training, experience with disaster relief...

good luck. and g-dspeed to a good heart.
