1. is this in accordance with the idea of locking up "terrorists"
without trial for their entire lives? How can anyone do this and say they are supporting the Constitution? One more on the list of impeachable offenses Bush has committed.

I don't remember Cuba deeding it over to us.
Beyond that I don't think we have a legal precident to have gulags - yet.
This has to be unconstitutional.

up where no one will see them and basically throw away the key.
No due process, no rights, no contact with the world.

4. This will not pass but...
Dems in Congress don't seem to be outraged by this and if any of them even compromise a tiny bit on this notion they should be voted out!!!

This would be tyrany and the Declaration of Independence would be precisely what anyone still awake and believing in Democracy should read and act upon.
