Eccch. Man sends phony emails to missing tsunami victim's families |
|
A 40-year-old man has pleaded guilty at a court in London to sending hoax e-mails to friends and relatives of people missing following the Indian Ocean tsunami disaster reporting their 'deaths'.
Christopher Pierson, who is from Ruskington in Lincolnshire, was arrested on New Year's Eve and charged with malicious communication and causing a public nuisance.
E-mails had been sent to relatives of missing Britons saying they were dead.http://www.rte.ie/news/2005/0103/quake2.html

2. Wonder how many are running a relief donation scam?? |
|
These asses really come out of the woodwork when a full scale tragedy like this occurs. If no donations scams have been uncovered yet its just a matter of time.
