He was absent during the opening days. He was tardy in his eventual appearance. His "call to action" efforts are perfunctory. His words of condolence seem to be scripted, rehearsed, and without any depth or heart.

Clearly he doesn't care. What does this say about the man?

Or is he secretly pleased? Is this one of the "end times" signs that he's waiting and hoping for?

Is it not clear that Bush* is a heartless sadistic sociopath? Does not his behavior seem incredibly odd for someone in his position? Is not his reaction inappropriate for any human being who has a lick of compassion for helpless victims?
