Republicans have been calling Tom Delay's decision not keep his position in congress if indicted a "good political move".

Shouldn't an indictment be something that cuts his political career off at the knees and sends Delay to the retired politician's home where he can bath in black hair dye all day long?

That's the funny thing about greed and power in politics. Sometimes a politician's greed oversteps their power to cover it up. As is the case with Delay.
