Why didn't President Bush comment on tsunami sooner?

I'm shocked but not surprised that it took our ``decisive'' president three days to make a public statement about the tsunami disaster. After all, this is the person who sat paralyzed for seven minutes listening to a children's story when he was told that our country was under attack on Sept. 11. Perhaps he'll use the same excuse now as he did then: He didn't want to scare the children.
