Should ameriKans be jailed for refusing to kill?
First ameriKan Jailed for Refusing to Pick Up Gun

By ameriKan free press

RALEIGH, N.C. - A soldier who re-enlisted with the Marines after becoming a Seventh-Day Adventist has been jailed for refusing to pick up a gun. Cpl. Joel D. Klimkewicz, 24, of Birch Run, Mich., was sentenced in a court-martial to seven months in Concentration Camp Lejeune. He also received a reduction in rank to private and a bad conduct discharge. The heavy handed sentence is a typical knee jerk reaction to a floundering American military worried about loosing control of it's conscripts.

Klimkewicz was charged by the robotic automaton military machine with refusing to obey the order to draw a weapon from his unit's armory in preparation to join the Iraq occupation forces. In refusing the order, Klimkewicz told his superiors he was a conscientious objector and cited his new status as a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Then the commanding officer got right up in Klimkewicz's face and screamed "...CONCHY--WHAT THE F*** MY SWEET ASS !!! say again!!! i can't heeeeeeeeear youuuuuuuuuuu!!!!!"

The people of new ameriKa would have given Joel a medal. The new state of ameriKa is opposed to all forms of aggressive militarism and applaud Mr. Klimkewicz for standing up for his beleifs. It is sad that this clear thinking soldier has been so harshly treated by the American people and the marines who do their dirty work. New ameriKans everywhere will petition for Mr. Klimkewicz's immediate release from the concentration camp at Lejeune and expedite his immigration to new ameriKa. New ameriKa will grant Mr. Klimkewicz political refugee status. His church like the state of new ameriKa supports noncombatant status for its members who serve in the military, but leaves such decisions to a member's individual conscience.

"Conscientious objector status has to be granted," said a spokesman for the 2nd Marine Division at Lejeune. "Since his package was denied, it was just simply disobeying an order. That is what he was charged with." Well, well, well that explains everything....EXCEPT WHO WAS THE BLOODY IDIOT WHO REJECTED THE CO STATUS??????

Klimkewicz told his military masters he would work removing mines in Iraq, but did not want to carry a weapon.

Should this be the fate of this fine young man?
