Scares the CRAP out of any lawyer who practices in federal court, since the judges use it to sanction lawyers so freely.

Bush's comment, like so many, takes no cognizance of Rule 11. It's not ABOUT truth. Truth is for the "reality based community."

that's the face that is unfortunately etched in my brain. I want it out! Out damn spot!! Please!! I only watched him a couple of times...I end up cursing and swearing and screaming at the TV. I got rid of the TV now I don't have to see him...unless DU is making a joke about him. There have been some pretty funny pictures here.
