Bush plans to push PNAC tonight?
Bush on warpath over UN's shock report on Iran A-bomb
By Con Coughlin
(Filed: 07/09/2003)
“America will tomorrow demand that the United Nations takes urgent action to prevent Iran acquiring the atom bomb as fears mount that Teheran is on course to develop a nuclear weapons capability within two years.”

Drudge links to this story. Can that be how he plans to get his numbers up, another war and rhetorical attack on the UN?

1. So what would be his timetable for an Iran War
if the new product roll-out is tonight?

If he starts talking Iran War, I think a lot of people are going to come out of the woodwork and call him the warmonger that he is.

2. One problem with a timetable
Dimwit is going to have to somehow double the size of the Army, unless he's doing this war with high school ROTC classes. Yeah, they've probably considered it. :)

3. I knew it!
The Bush exit strategy for Iraq is to manufacture a crisis in another part of the world.

4. I was reading somewhere else that this looks like
it's going to be a plan to get more countires on board in Iraq. I almost said this will be a plea. I don't know what I was thinking. There's some way he's going to ask for help without losing face.

5. I have the same question
What are they up to?

Here's a different, unpopulated thread on the subject:

6. And how might he do that?
"We'd like your help but don't need it."?
"It's in the world's interest to get involved."?
etc...

This was all hashed out in late 2002 and early 2003. A request for help from UN is an automatic face-loser, imo.
