Next, distribute fertilizers containing the second non-lethal genetically engineered organism into the same country. The object would be to make this chemical available within the non edible leaves of plants.

Biting insects, such as mosquito's extract moisture from leaves, and also blood from humans. This is where the magic occurs. The mosquito then acts as the host and incubates the deadly disease which is spread to every animal the mosquito bites.

The greater the carnage, the more the republicans would distribute fertilizer and grain to the stricken nation.

After everyone has died, then stop the aid, and the disease will disappear as both parts are no longer accessible to the incubators.

Republithugs would recieve the good guy award for their failed efforts at "saving" these souls, and would quarenteen the region to all except for the necessary, and vaccinated, Haliburton employees.
