4. Of course Kerry's on his side. Kerry is about maintaining status quo.
He did some bold things early on in the Senate -- like Iran-Contra and BCCI. However, he has morphed over time into another long-time politician more interested in maintaining his power and privilege than doing anything bold to represent the vast majority of people.

It's an all-too-common ailment that seems to be limited to the area inside the Washington Beltway.

What did he say? I'm not at home, so I can't watch C-span television. I had on C-span Radio, and they were covering the House debate about the objection, but not the Senate side. Now they've gone back to convering the Gonzalez hearing.

Anyway, what did DeWine say about minority voter disenfranchisement?
