5. OK, I found it!
Guess my remarks were not appreciated today, but I said what I felt at the time.

Du disappoints me, many of you are so willing to give up, saying Democracy is dead including Randi Rhodes. Just remember the many years we controlled the congress and senate, the pukes had to fight back too, we are now in their shoes. They took baby steps with planning to gain control, we are doing the same now. Democracy is not dead yet unless you want it to be dead. We need to keep fighting and plotting, just as the pukes did. It is important that we support Boxer and any Dems who spoke out today to regain the House or Senate. To walk away is being called a defeatist, you are the ones who are leaving democracy, is that what want? Stop and think, fight and support those who might pay the price for speaking out today.
What did you want the pukes to say? You poor little things? You got duped, we won by cheating? Don't think so, they are enjoying their time.
Gosh darn it, if you want to leave the party, do it. Is it too much trouble for you to fight? If you are leaving the Democratic party, then why participate in DU, you are only causing a lot of hate here. I thought DU meant Democratic Underground, that means you are Dems with ideas to encourage the Dem party, not get rid of it.
While I am at it, I tired of your foul mouth, you overdrinking, and your negative behavior.

It's been a strange day. There's a lot of work ahead for progressives who care about the future of this country. Many stupid and mean things have been posted here today. I hope we all feel re-energized and battle-ready tomorrow.

7. I would say that Democracy isn't dead...
Its being drowned in a bathtub by a big assed elephant and its our job to knock the elephant off and give democracy mouth to mouth resustitation.

8. You have to TRY to.........
understand. Some of us are VERY disappointed tonight. It's been a long, tough 4 years. Tonight, it has all built up. Maybe tomorrow I will be ready and accepting of a pep talk, but not tonight. I'm not quarreling with you. I'm just so down. I come here to share with others my feelings. It's gotten me through many a bad night.

12. you know why it is "all built up"?
Because certain people here keep dropping hints of "momentous events" coming up - and when the handful of them actually happen they are not momentous at all. They are a baby step at best, and some could rightly call them a total sham.

It's not the Dem party that is the problem, it is the pack of self-serving lap-dog pussy-ass members of Congress that we've sent there.

Within days or weeks at most, Boxer's courageous act will be relegated to the memory hole. You can f*cking bet on it. And God Bless Her, because the pukes are going to try to make her life a living hell. You think any of her colleagues will come to her aid? I'm not betting on it.

10. oh people just have to vent some..
Particularly at the end of a tough day like this (There were people who really expected more from Washington and feel let down)

A couple of days and most will be feisty again. We are just one little baby step away from the enchilada now. When we take the info, connections and energy we've gotten here in our own little think tank, and walk it down the road to the local Dem headquarters with a couple of friends, we WILL pretty much own the place. The tired and bewildered will be happy to give us the keys...
