1. don't get me started on mr. yates

asshole thought it was fine & dandy keeping wifey pregnant & stuffed in a mobile home with 3 of the kids (they later moved into that house in clear lake)....got her pregnant AGAIN after they were warned not to because of the post-partum depression she got after the 4th child was born....even though he knew she could be a danger to the kids, he STILL left the house without waiting for his mother to arrive.....and then the harris county da REFUSED to indict him for a crime (murder by omission) that women are charged with frequently in texas...so basically in texas, if you are a woman & your new husband/boyfriend kills one of your kids, you're going up the river too.....

and of course, once the kids were gone & andrea locked up, he moves himself into a nice, roomy, comfy condo...asshole

i'm glad they threw out her conviction, as it was based on blatantly false testimony by the state's expert.
