God bless you Senator Boxer for having the courage to stand up for your convictions.

You showed today that you are a patriot first and a politician second!

For that, you will always have my vote.

1. Me too
That really did take a lot of courage. I'm sure she's going to get shit for it but she did it anyway. I knew there was a reason she was my favorite.

7. I love Sen Boxer! My guy, Salazar, performed badly today
I am starting a pool on when he turns Repub, like our last Senator, Campbell.

10. I also had
high hopes for Salazar. What a sad day. Only Boxer showed courage in the Senate today. California's should be proud. Boxer in 08 no one else is qualified!

12. As a former Californian now in Oregon, I remember when she was ..
knocking on my door in the 70's running for Marin county Board of Supervisors. I remember my Mom gave her a cookie. Little did I know 30 years later she would be inspiring such pride that I have in her today.
May God bless you, senator.

13. I emailed her to thank her for standing up when.........
no other senator would. She was very brave.
I emailed several other senators, telling them how disappointed I was in them, as well.:loveya:
