Tonite's Speech: Live or Memorex?

Given Bush's penchant for blowing air after speaking before going off camera, do you think the speech tonite will be live or taped.

Sooner or later he's got to blow. Why take the chance with a live speech?

There was even one recently that looked like it was in front of a blue screen. He can't stay up that late and if (when) he makes a mistake there is no chance for an edit if they go live.

Does anyone know who operates the camara for these things. Would the media know if it was live or not? Is there an audience?

At tomorrow morning's White House briefing, why won't even one reporter ask this simple question?

He had a month off to work on it. That strikes me as about how long it would take to teach a chocolate lab to give a 15 minute speech, so I assume Junta Boy could do the same.
