he is gonna claim he was ordered to abuse detainees by superiors. He also claims he complained to superiors about those orders. His list of witnesses do not include any high ranking officials just Pvt.'s and Spc.'s. He is gonna call the whistleblower Sgt. Joseph Darby. 3 Iraqi detainee's are gonna testify by videotaped deposistions. Ought to be interesting.

9. No doubt in my mind he does time
and deserves every minute of it. I only wish the administration, who obviously ordered this asinine torture policy, would be tried for their crimes against humanity.
