We have a guy called Armstrong Williams who was paid a lot of $$ to tow the party lie. Greg Toppo, Education Reporter for USA Today, found this little gem and exposed it. And Armstrong was everywhere, primarily on CNN, and always toeing the Shrub line. ALWAYS!
And who is Armstrong Williams? Commentator/journalist/columnist? He was all at one time, but perhaps his chances are limited now?

Ditto for George Tenet. He gets a big award one day, but now he's a scapegoat? Yes, the CIA voted him in. Justify this, %$^&&*()()(*^^#@%$#%^%$$#. (i can't even say it).

I've often wonder if having 2 parents with Graves disease causes some sort of immune deficient disorder in offspring. I recall their daughter Robin died of leukemia.

His father also suffered facial eruptions...worse now that he's older and that probably came with the natural thinning of the skin with age.

Who knows what those eruptions are caused by?

He's also gotten real clumsy (falling off bikes, etc) since the "pretzel" incident. Perhaps additional medication, or an additional medical condition, is making matters worse.


What if he is sick and he passes out at a critical time? What if in a medicated stupor, he does something more dangerous (to America) than his usual dangerous actions?

What if he is combining booze with his medicines, aggravating his mental state?

I think doctors for the President should be obligated to let the people know when a condition exist that could affect how a person performs their duties.

Even if it turns out to be he's just a drunk, we have the right to know.

Pressure should be placed on his doctors for full disclosure. Recall how important Kerry's medical records were to the RWers. Even more so for an "acting" president.

If I'm not mistaken, Armstrong Williams has taken over for Rush Limbaugh, when he's been on vacation.

I think this is one of those tip-of-the-iceberg stories.

There is a potpourri of White House media shenanigans taking place every minute. This is just one small example of a ginormous, problem.

Rush Limbaugh receives his talking points from the White House. It's certainly unethical that our government is working in tandem--with this disinformation, lying bastard. Also, Fox News has become the PR branch of the Republican Party. Clear Channel is Republican owned--and they control more radio stations than any other media conglomerate. Sinclair Broadcasting is Republican owned and looking to acquire more broadcast stations. Sinclair is unabashed about perpetuating Republican propaganda--ie, the anti-Kerry movie.

This administration is using the media to perpetuate propaganda via the public airwaves. That's a scary, accurate, newsworthy story--for any reporter willing to get off of their lazy butt and cover it.

This misuse of media is the big, pink elephant in the room that no one discusses. Well, today--a reporter from USA Today picked up a piece of the elephant dung and at least had the courage to say that it smelled bad.

Maybe this story will spark further coverage of Republican propaganda on America's airwaves.

I doubt Chimparoni is losing sleep over this. However, it's a good think that this is being reported.
