Poll question: Mind control is operational, not a conspiracy theory-Agree/Disagree

We aren't talking about nuclear weapons and earthquakes here. Perceptions are being manipulated for political reasons-that's mind control reality in the 21st century.

Do you agree or disagree that mind control is operational here in the United States of America-and worldwide?

1. Depends on what you mean by "mind control".

If you mean, "the public's perception is warped by repeated propaganda" then yes.

If you mean, "chemtrails/secret brain controlling waves are being used to pacify and/or dumb down the public and control them", then no.

3. Actually, mind control is a pretty good phrase

for what's going on. Studies show that television scan frequencies have a pronounced effect on the brain, numbing the intellect and impairing critical thinking skills. And it's addictive to boot.

Add to that all the research done on using the media to influence people (originally to sell materialism) and the result is a fairly pedestrian mechanism to accomplish James Bond-esque mind control.

Watch a 14-year-old cross a room with an operational TV. Odds are, the tube will stun him/her in his tracks. Works with a lot of adults too. It's scary if you think about it too long.

peoples thinking.. i heard him say that if you didn't agree or understand what he was talking about to keep listening and you would begin to see it... it is a specific perceptual format that Always comes to the same conclusion...

it doesn't work very well in the real world and the problems it causes are recycled by the system to blame the "Others" for their problems thus validating their system .. it is self perpetuating.

the Saudi's used this with the Wahabbie hate cult and it went full cycle and is now biting them in the ass, it will end up overthrowing the Kingdom.. they are doomed. thats called "KARMA".

i discovered this as a Juvenile Parole Officer... researching the shared behavior common to most delinquents.. i wrote a paper called, "Apriori Logic and Inductive Logic as Perceptual Dysfunction and a Stalemate in the Counseling Process" It was not very well received. the syndrome is self perpetuating and the only way the victim can get out is to want to like AA. or the phenomena of regular practice in Art, Music, repetitious exercise or Meditation.. meditation works fastest and best. all my kids got paroled in 30 to 60 days.

meditation actually changes the structure of the brain and makes a connection between the digital and analogical functions and one starts living in in a world governed by solutions .. not problems.. and provides a good format to solve those problems.

7. Well I'd include drugs as part of it whether self-medicating or

prescription, then there is MSM that's where the repetiton and spin come from, then there is the Internet which is a battlefield for infowar, one that is a bit more democratic.
Sight, sound, hearing, vision, emotions all are being manipulated in various ways publicly and privately that's how I define mind control.

You brought up some interesting topics though, there, like directed energy weapons and chemtrails, but mind control is more like Ritalin/Prozac kids playing the latest video game or learning the "latest" dance while ahistorical- while as seniors are sleeping away the day and BFEE is robbing US.

Drugs are a part of it, and there has been genetic modification of our food-which is suspect in my book-don't mess with nature on a molecular level and not expect to get bit in the ass.

The weather is being manipulated, but that isn't mind control.

I don't know what it is. Remember that guy with Heaven's Gate, the freaky guy... Applewhite I think? And Jim Jones? David Koresh? Etc? Some people do have the ability to break down people's defenses. I've never heard it happening over the radio, but who knows?

Mind control is real -- no, not with subsonic waves or whatever -- but with rhetoric.

Apriori logic... I'll have to look that up.

How did we here on DU avoid the mind control ? How did Barbara Boxer avoid the mind control, while all her colleagues did not ?. How did she avoid Rove's band of hypnotists ? If we can answer these question, we can probably devise a scheme to bring down the Republic.

This is where our resources should be focused - the dezombification of America.

In April 1953, the military helped the CIA launch a Cold War program known as MKULTRA, in which unsuspecting servicemen and civilians were given LSD and other psychedelic drugs to study their use as truth serums.

This cycle of government deception continued well into the 1970s, with thousands of Americans exposed to nuclear radiation, plutonium injections, chemical sprays from airplanes, open-air nerve agents and mescaline in secret tests.

The tests flouted the principle of informed consent in the Nuremberg Code, drafted after the Nazi war-crimes trials in 1947 as an ethical standard for human experimentation.

Sometimes the victims were military personnel. Often they were from society's most vulnerable populations: mentally ill people, prison inmates, poor or illiterate people, pregnant women, children who were retarded or orphaned, drug addicts or prostitutes.

"You've got to ask yourself, how did these scientists sleep at night?" said David Rothman, director of the Center for the Study of Society and Medicine at Columbia University and an expert on the history of human research.

The scientists slept, said expert Jonathan Moreno, by convincing themselves that their tests ultimately would save lives.

"They came to view their work as a patriotic thing to do," said Moreno, director of the Center for Biomedical Ethics at the University of Virginia and author of "Undue Risk: Secret State Experiments on Humans." "And they came to think that the volunteers knew what was going on, even if they didn't know all the details."

And the drug "research" MK ULTRA documentation of the cold war era is huge-Frank Olson was a martyr to that.
So were many hippies and radicals during the 1960's.

Our stories are no less real than those of the Iraqi prisoners. Unfortunately, we are less likely to be believed by fellow citizens because our abuse was perpetrated – most often – by government employees within the borders of our countries. We were innocent civilians, not war prisoners. And what was done to most of us was much worse than what most of the Iraqi prisoners have unfortunately endured. (This is like comparing apples and oranges; both experiences are solid and real and directly related. Therefore, such a comparison is really a matter of the degree of trauma and torture and sexual degradation experienced by each survivor. Regardless of the degree, however, trauma is trauma. Every trauma is horrible, whether it lasts a day or a year or for decades.) The psychological scars and other results of the traumas we’ve endured are just as legitimate and consistent as the visible and invisible scars of the Iraqi prisoners, who will carry them in their minds and bodies – some, for the remainder of their lives. Deep humiliation and terror and rage cannot be conveniently erased when one is freed by ones tormentors.

As you read North American survivors’ reports, I challenge you to compare them with the reports of prisoner abuse and murder that are coming out of Iraq and Afghanistan. Remember, we made our stories public long before these revelations began emerging from Iraq. As you compare the reports, you may be horrified to discover that this kind of sadistic abuse is not an aberration. It is, in fact, historical and ongoing.

Some survivors have reported that these reports and photos triggered strong flashbacks and powerful emotions that temporarily disabled them, leaving them unable to socialize and perform life duties as well as they normally might.

My own reactions were equally powerful. I cried more during this past two months, than I have in years. I experienced strong bouts of depression and alternating periods of great manic energy. Both seemed to be generated by my strong feelings of outrage: our government is still hurting others in some of the same ways that we North American mind-control survivors have been hurt!

I see nothing to suggest that mind control has altered anyone's perceptions. No more so than it did in centuries past.

People are the same, slovenly, intellectually lazy sheep they've been since the beginning of time. If there's any insidious underlying pattern to the media, it's merely false recognition.
