what are the options? Once Junior is re-elected, can we sue to have the election results overturned?

2. we should be checking this out... |
|
because I'm rather sure this scenario won't happen: - Cheney resigns
- Bush names Kerry VP
- Bush resigns
- Kerry names Edwards VP

8. American people continue to vote against Republicans; but |
|
since the elections are fixed, Republicans continue to rule, selecting Jeb Bush as their next eight-year president.

11. They no longer need to 'fix' anything: |
|
The corporate sect, along with the bought'n'paid for DLC, have disintegrated the Left.
The DLC has openly spoken up against Michael Moore, who's been doing infinitely more to promote AWARENESS than the DLC ever would.
And Kerry - Bush exterminated his credibility with the pressing on of the 'flip-flopper' accusation. And when "never surrender" Kerry politely and humbly conceded something like 16 hours after the polls closed, that was icing on Bush's sawdust cake.
As a result, how many Dems are now disenfranchised? I sure as hell am. And I will NOT vote for ANY Democrat unless I get to know the candidate's background that backs up any blathering claims of being for issues I am for. No evidence = no support.
With the party splintered, the Repukes will claim "larger, historic victories" in the coming years. Apparently, if 45% vote Republican, 25% vote Dem, and 30% vote Common Sense, well then it's obvious that the Repubs have a majority of the vote. :eyes: (uh, wrong. 55% still voted AGAINST the Republicans.)
The DLC can exclude people all it wants. They can rot in hell for all I care as they are only aiding the repukes.
We need a party that can best unite all who are against the neoconservative fascist party. One that is INCLUSIVE and welcomes the opinion of the people who vote. And for that, such a party needs a leader with resolution and charisma to win over the minds and hearts of the people.
Not gonna happen though. As we've already seen, the repukes love the current system, and with their continued attempts at changing laws, redistricting, and so on, they are effectively abusing the system to lock themselves into eternal power; which is what the corporate sect prefers.
Anyone else angry yet?

14. Angry? Hell yes. But one of the signs they don't yet have |
|
complete control is that they DO have to fix elections to win.

5. Resignation or Impeachment. |
|
A suit can't overturn the election.
By the way, do you mean "is proven" by "is uncovered?" I'd say massive evidence HAS been uncovered but not yet proven in a court.

6. I don't believe there's been enough evidence |
|
to show conclusively the results of the election would be changed...that said, I do believe that evidence could be found after Jan 20.

you have to cover such massive evidence that it cannot be spun, covered up, lied about, 'they do it too'd', or otherwise discounted.
Secondus, there has to be a massive backlash against such shenanigans NOT BY Democrats, but by disgusted Republicans.
Tertius, then we will see Bush as a truly lame duck, abandoned by his own party for his 'crimes' (ala Nixon) in a attempt to distance themselves from him.
Then, maybe, we'll get a resignation/impeachment.
Since step one ain't going to happen (they'll be able to spin men with guns forcing people to vote for Bush), I'm looking at other options.

15. Rather, a scholar who knows some Latin. |

But the scariest thing I've seen over the past 4 years has been the Republican's core 40%, who would accept any excuse from the Bushites. I fully believe that, even if they found direct, hard evidence of men and women held at gunpoint and forced to vote Republican in Ohio, they'd accept it as 'proper and due' in order to 'counter blatant Democratic vote fraud'...
If George W. Bush was caught sacrificing his twin daughters to Satan live on Fox television in return for unlimited power, the 40% would applaud him as a Godly man doing what was needed to save his country.

16. Unless Bush's fingerprints are clearly on it, he'll stay in office |
|
Even if it is proven that KKKarl orchestrated the whole thing, the only result will be Bush publicly condemning Rove followed by his resignation. Bush will remain in office unless he directly participated in the fraud, which I believe is highly unlikely because he's an idiot.
