America behind in technology

NYT should be embarassed to admit to the world that our youth are just now discovering text messaging. Europe has been doing it for at least 5 years now.

1. Umm....
Maybe I'm insane or NYT is a little late catching on, but I know friends of mine (aka: our youth) who have been text messaging for years. Text messaging isn't a new phenomena.

2. Its been popular for years here
Anyone who has a teenager knows all about texting. The NYT gets is wrong and late again...at least they are consistent.
