Did anyone notice that there are two versions of "America The Book" by
John Stewart, one with an insert on the 2004 election, and the other without one? I just thought it was kind of weird that there are two version that no one seems to really notice unless they flipped through multiple copies of the book. I wonder what John Stewart was thinking. Anyways I own both, god bless John Stewart!

1. I got one for x-mas and it didn't have the election section.
What's in it?

2. its actually pretty funny, its got a "meet the family section" parodying
Kerry and Bush families, letter to Sean Penn telling him not to act like a douche on larry king, though they agree with him, electoral map with detailed sumarries of battle ground states, Ed Helm's and Rob Codry's nights out with Bush and Kerry, and plenty of other fun things, its neat. Go to a book store and check it out.

3. Insert is only in first printing
The 2004 election insert was only included in the first print run of the book, so if you can still find one at the book store, grab it while it's still there. It won't be available in the future.

4. Mine must be a 'first edition'...

...then because it has the election section. Which I might add is one of the funniest parts of the book.

It's one of the most humorous books I read in quite a while. It'a a great read that takes a swipe at our 'democracy inaction'.
