Court Won't Block KKK From Highway Cleanup

OK, how about getting the state to temporarily legalize littering along the KKK Adopt-A-Highway stretch. Put up a sign so everyone knows it's OK. That would certainly send a message wouldn't it?

Hopefully, the KKK will eventually give up and we can clean the white trash.

2. I hope the idea catches on

I think there will be plenty of people willing to help clean up after the KKK abandons the project. Until then, I think seeing a stretch of trash after the KKK Adopt-A-Highway sign would be "Beautiful". It would be even better if the state gave it a legal wink.
