Any advice for dealing with a banned DU stalker?

I am receiving the most VILE and hateful email from
a banned DUer.
Has anyone else had this experience?
What are your suggestions in dealing with it.
I have posted in the "ask the admin" forum upon
the suggestion of a friend who works for my service provider.
She has suggested that the info I have from this person so far
may match up with some DU records. If I can ID them,
I plan to prosecute to the fullest degree the law allows.

I am so sick of the HATE fest that has gripped this country.

You have all the info you need there to track his account.

3. You could post their e-mail address where it would be picked up

by spammers. That would annoy them.

Seriously, though, I'd block his e-mail address (simple to do) so you won't be bothered again, unless he actually threatened you, in which case I'd go to the police and the FBI. Possibly the FTC, too.

That is why I am pursuing it.
Blocking is very effective, but the real issue for me
is not allowing the hate mongers in this country to get away
with it- it IS a crime to threaten someone.

I can't imagine doing that to someone. Even if I had the e-mail address of someone I HATED I wouldn't send hateful messages to him or her.

I have to believe that not too many normal people would do something like that, regardless of their political views.

I can't imagine it either.
When you put yourself in that person's shoes,
you realize just how much pain you have to
be in to engage in such childish and hateful behavior.
Truly disheartening to realize they are too far gone for help,
AND that they are free to roam the streets of this country.
I intend to do all I can to remedy that in this situation.

if the feature is available -- filter the troll out as spam or put a block on the troll
