2. LOL - the freeping is in the question itself.... |

Questions like that don't allow for a clear determination of who is on which side.
I voted yes, because I think that the story didn't get covered as "sympathetically" as others (Swift Boat Liars) did - because of our conservative press.
I imagine freepers would *also* vote yes, but because in their addled minds, it got covered at all.
So there are two yes', from people who are diametrically opposed. I imagine the no's are similar.
That's why, I suspect, the poll is close to 50-50.
EDIT: I say the question is itself freeped because I suspect it was worded that way just to elict close to 50-50, and thus give the appearance that there's more dispute about the matter than there really is.

5. I don't understand the point of "DUing" polls |
|
Let them ride and see what the public thinks. Okay, you can say the freepers will sway the numbers. Maybe. Are Gree Republic and DU theonly ones who looks at news web sites? But the question I have is who are we trying to convince with bogus numbers. I think the answer is us.

My concern is are we deluding ourselves. We lost this election - it was close. Can't buy the fraud thing - sorry. So, our first job is to figure out what really went wrong and plan to win in 2006 and 2008. Impeachment schemes, vote fraud, MSM prejudice are just mastrubation, not the answer. Winning at the polls is the answer. That may mean that we have to give on some issues - I don't know which. So much of what I'm reading is just avoiding the real issue and real work.

11. It's amazing to me how much focus there is on CBS |
|
when the story itself should be the issue.
Memos like that *were* typed, according to the secretary. Records show Chimp *did* get grounded and failed to report. That should be the focus here.
