Randi Rhodes ---Domes day plan? |
|
Anyone one listening to this?
What the Hell are the Republicans doing?
(Those who are not listening- - In case of some sort of Terrorist attack or national disaster A new rule will allow a small group of congressmen to run the country which is unconstitutional.)
This is unbelievable.

5. This law is unconstitutional and it's total BS! |
|
Edited on Tue Jan-11-05 03:32 PM by BattyDem
Let me get this straight ... In the event of a terrorist attack or national disaster, if Congress can't make it back to Washington, the country will be run by whatever Congressmen happen to be in Washington. Even if it's only 10 guys, they can do whatever they want ... including starting a war.
Give me a break! In the event of a terrorist attack or a national disaster, the government can make special arrangements to get all Congressmen back to Washington. After all, they made special arrangements to pick up all members of the Bin Laden family across the country and get them out of the US after September 11th, so why can't they do the same for our Congress?
They're planning something ... this isn't good. Are any organizations challenging this law? It really is completely unconstitutional!

I'm like Randi...every day there is more and more crap in the news and I just don't know how much more of it I can take.
These people are out of their freaking minds and it just keeps getting worse.
I have to wonder what will be left of this country when we are finally able to get it back from the rethuglians. With the direction it's heading in now, there won't be much.
Lord help us all!!!
