Michael Chertoff, the new nominee to homeland security, had prevented Clinton from fighting terrorism. Yes, you heard that right.

"Chertoff has been confirmed by the Senate, 88 to 1, for a seat on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals (a level directly below the Supreme Court). The one opposing vote was from Senator Hillary Clinton, Democrat of New York, because Chertoff was the lead lawyer in a Senate investigation of the Whitewater affair."

Come on everybody, we know that it is a very good possibility that if Bill Clinton wasn't dragged into court all the time, proclaimed to be 'wagging the dog', and everything else, then just maybe he could have stopped the terrorist acts on 9/11 from happening.
