My ISP gives every user 'personal web pages' and 'online storage'
where you can put a document on the web so it has a URL or web address
that you can link to. Perhaps your ISP has something like that?

Or you will need to e-mail it to someone who can put it on the web,
then get the URL from them.

Or, if you got it off the internet, then you can find the URL where
you got it from and post that.

I believe it was the Honorable Howard Dean, M.D. that said you have to run dems everywhere, even if they are bound to lose, it's the way we are going to take it back.
