In the vein of Will Rogers
If dogs don't go to heaven then I want to go where the dogs go. If gwb the born again goes to heaven I don't want to go there.

1. I told my fundie mother that (about dogs) when I was 9
I asked if dogs and cats go to heaven -- she said no.

A story . . . An old gentleman died the same day as his old beloved dog and the gentleman, leading his dog, was escorted to a grand place with a Gem encrusted gate. At the gate he was told that he had to leave his dog outside.

The old man said no thanks, I'll keep walking with my dog. He walked and walked and eventually saw a very old high fence and a couple of the fence boards were loose. He pulled back the boards and he and his dog squeezed through.

A Supreme being greeted him -- "Welcome to heaven" he said.

"But I thought the other place was heaven". said the old man.

"There can be no heaven without dogs" , said the Supreme being.

========

Bushie would choose the heaven with the fancy gates without the dogs and that isn't the place I want to go --- IF I believed in heaven and/or hell.
